1.Desk Booking
It can be updated any time before the start of the booking time.
You can scroll through the floor map using common identifiers on the floors (meeting rooms, corridors etc). You can also type a colleague's name into the search bar to find where they've booked a seat, if you'd like to sit in the same area.
Yes, employees can cancel any booking from the app using the cancel button. However, if your organisation uses the commute feature, that feature alone follows commute cut-off norms — you will be marked no-show if you cancel the booking after the cut-off time set.
No, you cannot choose any desk. Two types of desk options are available: desks assigned to your Business Unit/Department/Team, and Hot Desks, which are available to everyone and shared across all Business Units.
Your duration in office is not tracked for attendance or shift allowance purposes. However, if you check out early, your seat is released for the next person to use.
Yes, use the shift edit option (pencil icon) to extend your logout time. However, if someone else has taken the seat for the same time frame, you will have to check out and use another seat.
2.About App & Phone Settings
Location permission provides real-time updates on your cab's location on the tracking page and lets the app calculate the ETA. It's also required to share your location with your transport team if you press the SOS.
The app sends notifications for reminders, trip updates and cab location updates. If you're not receiving them, it may be down to your phone settings — check the required settings for your phone's make.
This appears when your phone's time is set to manual mode or is out of sync with your local time zone. Keep both local time zone and time set to automatic for the app to work correctly.
We value your suggestions to improve the app. Share them with our corporate desk — call +91-172-5204080 or raise a corporate enquiry — along with your organisation name and location.
We always value your effort in flagging bugs or issues — it helps us keep your commute hassle-free. Report it to our corporate desk on +91-172-5204080 or via a corporate enquiry, with your organisation name and location.
3.Scheduling, Cancelling & Editing a Shift
Scheduling a shift depends on the cutoff time configured in your organisation's transport policy — once that cutoff passes, the shift can no longer be booked. You can schedule up to a certain time before the shift; how far in advance depends on your organisation's policy.
Editing a schedule is allowed up to a cutoff time, set as per your organisation's transport policy.
Scheduling for multiple days depends on the configuration set by your organisation's transport team. They decide whether bulk scheduling is allowed, and if so, for how many days.
When scheduling multiple days at once, weekly offs are filtered out automatically. To schedule one anyway, choose that specific day on the calendar and pick a shift available for it.
This depends on whether your transport team has enabled the feature — if it's disabled, you won't be able to schedule two logins or two logouts on the same day. If you don't see this option, it's outside your company's transport policy.
You cannot cancel a shift once the cutoff time has passed. You can, however, reach out to your transport team to check if they can accommodate your request.
You can cancel schedules one by one using the cancel button provided — the app doesn't have a bulk-cancel feature.
The option to schedule is controlled by permissions your transport team manages. They can grant or withdraw scheduling permission for an employee — if you don't see the option, you currently don't have that permission.
A shift time may be visible only to a particular team in your organisation and not to yours, as per your transport policy. Speak to your transport team if you have a concern.
4.Routing, Clubbing, Pick-up Time & Cab Details
You'll receive an SMS and an app notification once a cab is allocated to your trip, and can check the details on the corresponding trip card in the app. If notifications aren't coming through, check the settings described in the App & Phone Settings section above.
Get in touch with your transport team immediately. If your personal details are instead fetched from an internal system (HRMS, TMS etc.), correct them there. A wrong home location can lead to the wrong route being allocated, or the driver being unable to reach you.
Your transport team performs clubbing and routing with multiple objectives in mind. You may get clubbed onto a different route because passengers who used to share your route are on leave or have shifted timings. If you disagree with a route assigned to you, you can request reconsideration from your transport team, who can readjust it based on the situation — the app itself has a very limited role here.
It's completely understandable, and it should be factored into how your cab and route are allocated. Speak to your transport team so it can be noted.
5.Cab Tracking
Tracking for an upcoming ride generally becomes available about an hour before your pick-up time.
Co-passengers' location is shown on the map, and the cab's track runs via their pick points where relevant. Names and other co-passenger details are property-based features your organisation's transport policy may not have switched on — speak to your transport team for more details.
Cab location updates come from the driver's app, so they can lag due to a slow internet connection, the driver's phone being switched off, or a slow connection on your end. Try closing and reopening the tracking window. If this happens to you consistently, let our corporate desk know with a recording of the tracking screen — call +91-172-5204080 or raise a corporate enquiry.
The ETA (estimated time of arrival) is shown on the map just above your location pin — it's the time the cab is expected to take to reach you.
6.Call Driver & Call Helpdesk
Calls to the driver are routed through an IVR number that masks your own. On occasion, the call may not connect because the driver's phone is busy or there's network congestion. If this happens to you on every trip, let our corporate desk know — call +91-172-5204080 or raise a corporate enquiry.
The app fetches the number allocated to your transport helpdesk and places it in your phone's dialer — from there, the call is between your phone and the helpdesk directly. A failed connection is usually the phone being busy or network congestion; the app itself has no role in it.
7.Shuttle Tracking
Shuttles are shown within a configured time window — for example, 30 minutes before and after the current time — and only those passing through your shuttle stop and selected office location.
8.Safety and Security
Before boarding, check whether a security personnel has boarded the vehicle. If not, call your transport helpdesk to find out why. If you're still unsure, you have the choice to refuse to board the cab.
Stay calm and avoid getting into an argument with the driver — raise an SOS using the button provided in the app.
Remain calm, avoid arguing with the driver, and raise an SOS using the button in the app. The driver's app also tracks vehicle speed and raises an alert for the transport team to act on.
Talk to your transport team before boarding and get confirmation that the vehicle was indeed sent by them. Only board once you have that assurance.
Stay calm, avoid arguing with the driver, and raise an SOS using the button provided in the app.
Report it to your transport team immediately by calling them, and raise an SOS using the button provided if you feel unsafe.
9.Transport Services
Cabs can occasionally be delayed by traffic conditions or unexpected events. Reach out to your transport team on the helpdesk number to know more about the reason.
Let your transport team know, either by writing to them or calling them.
Inform your transport team about the non-functional driver app. Reporting it helps keep your commute safe.
You can track your cab using the app, and you will also receive updates through notifications and SMS.
Check the cab's actual location on the tracking page, and use the call option there to reach the driver directly.
Call and write to your transport helpdesk right away with details such as the cab registration number and trip information (date, time etc).
Inform your transport team with the cab details and driver's name — proper training, including navigating by map, is something the transport team should ensure every driver receives.
